In HTML templates, use data-i18n attribute to register keys.

route.title is also consumed at runtime: on every route change, document.title is set from the view's documentTitle(), else the matching route's title here, else the view's locale title (with i18n), else its viewName. With i18n off, a per-language title resolves to its first value — see How do I create a view?.
